How I work
I start by understanding what is actually getting in the way. Then I explain the options plainly, recommend only what is useful, and leave things easier to manage than I found them.
Privacy is part of the work. Sensitive information stays with the client whenever possible, and I do not retain passwords or authentication codes.
Support is available in person in New York City and remotely, primarily through referrals from existing clients and mutual contacts.
